To ensure safety and vehicle protection, Infinite Ventures verifies driver's license validity and reviews driving records prior to vehicle pickup. Driver's license images uploaded during pre-approval are transmitted securely and stored in encrypted storage for qualification verification.

All drivers must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid, unexpired government-issued driver's license, and pass Infinite Ventures' pre-approval driver qualification review. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
Submitting a pre-approval application does not guarantee vehicle reservation. Reservations are confirmed once qualification is complete, payment is received, and any required security deposit is authorized. A security deposit authorization is held during the rental term and released upon undamaged vehicle return.
Vehicles must be operated responsibly and safely. Prohibited uses include:
Renters must carry valid auto insurance or purchase an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at checkout. Renters are responsible for all damage, loss, or theft during the rental period unless CDW coverage applies. Basic roadside assistance details are provided with vehicle keys.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Renters are responsible for all toll charges, parking tickets, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period. Smoking or vaping inside any vehicle is strictly prohibited and subject to a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
Late returns without extension approval incur additional hourly and daily charges. In the event of an accident, renters must immediately notify law enforcement and Infinite Ventures support. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
