Please review these Rental Terms & Conditions before submitting a rental application or reserving a vehicle. These terms summarize important policies governing vehicle rentals with Infinite Ventures. Additional terms may apply in the signed Rental Agreement.
To qualify for a vehicle rental with Infinite Ventures, all renters must:
All reservations are subject to pre-approval and vehicle availability. The rental period begins and ends on the exact dates and times specified in the rental agreement. Rental extensions require advance approval from Infinite Ventures prior to the scheduled return time. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed pickup/return location.
A security deposit hold or authorization may be required prior to vehicle release. Deposits may be applied toward unpaid rental charges, vehicle damage, unbilled tolls, parking citations, excessive cleaning fees, vehicle recovery costs, or other authorized fees. Remaining deposit funds are refunded following post-rental inspection and determination of final charges.
Renters agree to operate the vehicle safely at all times and comply with all applicable motor vehicle laws. Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in substantially the same clean condition as received, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Any accident, collision, or mechanical concern must be reported to Infinite Ventures immediately.
Violating vehicle use restrictions constitutes a material breach of agreement. Prohibited uses include:
Renters remain primary financially responsible for the vehicle during the rental term and may be required to maintain valid automobile insurance. If an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is purchased, it is not insurance and is subject to specific contractual terms, exclusions, and deductibles (prohibited uses void CDW protection).
In the event of an accident, collision, theft, or vandalism, renters must:
Failure to report damage or cooperate with claims investigations may forfeit available protections under optional coverage products.
Vehicles in our fleet may be equipped with GPS tracking or telematics technology used for vehicle security, recovery, maintenance diagnostic tracking, and fleet management purposes in full accordance with California state law.
Mileage allowances depend on the specific rental plan selected at checkout. Excess mileage charges apply if agreed limits are exceeded. Renters are responsible for reasonable vehicle care and must notify support immediately of any dashboard warning lights.
Additional charges may be assessed for: late returns, fuel replacement, smoking or excessive detailing requirements, lost keys, toll processing, parking tickets, traffic violations, administrative processing fees, towing/impound expenses, or physical vehicle damage.
Weekly rental charges or recurring fees may apply based on the chosen rental term. Customers authorize Infinite Ventures to charge their payment card on file for agreed rental fees and other authorized charges incurred under the rental agreement. Valid payment info must remain on file throughout the rental.
Failure to comply with the rental agreement or return the vehicle at the appointed time may result in rental suspension, immediate repossession/recovery of the vehicle, and recovery fees as permitted under California law.
Infinite Ventures is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside rented vehicles. Unclaimed personal property recovered post-rental will be handled in accordance with company policy and California law.
Personal information collected during pre-approval is used strictly for identity verification, reservation processing, Motor Vehicle Record review when authorized, and customer support. Infinite Ventures does not sell customer personal information.
Customers who opt in may receive SMS text messages regarding rental application updates, reservation confirmations, rental reminders, and customer support notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of renting a vehicle.
